Jessica Tennancour | Founder & President of Sterling Bookkeeping
My name is Jessy Tennancour and I am a Pacific Northwest Native, born and raised in Shoreline. I started my company Sterling Bookkeeping in 2014 after I had my 4th kid and decided I needed a more flexible work schedule. I began my career in finance as a teenager in the mid 90’s when I would help my dad with his company’s bookkeeping in between 
breaks from school. I continued to do his books for Sterling Hardwood Floors up until he retired in 2018. During this time, I discovered that helping local businesses understand their finances was what I wanted to do with my life. I have helped many clients over a wide variety of industries over the years, from Service based industries like real estate, dance instructors, and photographers; labor based industries such as construction companies, general contractors, auto body shops and architects; to more specialized fields like yoga, ballroom dancing, learning centers and more! I am confident in my abilities and take pride in the work I do for each of my clients. I strive to give each company my undivided attention as my goal is to make each client feel like they are my only one!
